Sansom Rings wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if there is anything about the item or service provided that is not to your liking then please contact me and I will do my very best to correct whatever is wrong. It is very important that customers are satisfied as this is what a good business is based on and what I have always concentrated on in 17 years of trading.

Accuracy of descriptions

Each ring (except plain wedding bands) is individually measured before being listed on this website but after being sized to your finger size, these measurements may alter slightly. All measurements are therefore approximate and are for guidance only.

Returns

Every ring made by Sansom Rings is created with great care, to ensure a high quality of manufacture.
If any ring supplied by Sansom Rings is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, then upon return to Sansom Rings, if found faulty due to a manufacturing fault then a repair or a full refund or a replacement will be made (this will be your choice).
If any ring supplied by Sansom Rings is damaged by you then it is not the fault of Sansom Rings and the ring will be returned to you and a refund will not be given.

If you cancel an order before Sansom Rings has sent the item to you, then a refund will be made but please bear in mind that fast delivery is likely so there will be little time to cancel.
To cancel an order after Sansom Rings has sent the item to you please preserve all items and packaging in their original condition and contact Sansom Rings immediately. Instructions will be given as to the best way to return the item. You will have to pay the return postal cost.

14 day money back guarantee

You may return any ring bought from Sansom Rings in the last 14 days (from the date of being delivered). To return a ring please contact Sansom Rings within 14 days of reciept. Instructions will then be given as to how to return the ring. The ring and the ringbox it came in must be in their original condition upon reciept by Sansom Rings. If they are undamaged and the ring has not obviously been worn regularly, then a full refund of the original amount charged will be given. You will have to pay the return postal cost. If the ring is damaged or shows sign of being worn regularly then a refund will not be given and the ring will be returned to you.

Finger sizes

If your finger size is out of the range stated on that ring's product page, then a ring will need to be made specially for your size. It will be the same price as the one listed. Any of the rings listed can be made to any finger size out of the range but need to be made that size from early in the manufacturing process to make sure it is the correct shape etc.
A delivery estimate will be given by email upon request at any time between order and delivery time.

Delivery

Prices are inclusive of delivery.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the service which is most used by Jewellers as the contents are insured in case of the loss of the parcel in the postal system. It covers almost anywhere in the UK.
When you have ordered your ring, it will be sized to your finger size or one made specially for your fingersize if necessary and then sent to you as soon as possible. In normal cases this will be 1 to 4 working days for one that is being sized or up to 15 days for one that has to be made . If while you are waiting you want to know the progress of your order please email Sansom Rings and an answer will be promptly given as to progress. You will be emailed along the way anyway.

Prices

All prices include VAT and delivery.
Sansom Rings is the retail website of M.Sansom, a manufacturing Jeweller. All diamond set rings on here are manufactured by M.Sansom and are being sold directly to the public. This is how the prices are kept low. There are no imports on this website. The only rings on here that are bought in are the plain wedding rings (from a local supplier in Birmingham), but even those are prepared and finished by hand by M.Sansom.
