Welcome to Sansom Rings

What do I get for my money?

You will recieve the ring in the finger size you have chosen. It will be in a quality wooden ring box and will come with a delivery note.

Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will have to be signed for.

VAT and Delivery are included in all prices.

Returns Policy

The Sansom Rings Return Policy is 14 days no questions asked but please bear in mind that the ring and it's ringbox must be returned undamaged or a refund will not be given. The return postage will be payed by you (usually between £5.50 and £8.50) but the original amount you paid will be refunded to you. Returns are initiated by contacting Sansom Rings within 14 days of reciept of the ring - see the "contact us" page.

Shipping is usually only to the UK but please contact me for shipping to other countries. The card address must match the delivery address for non UK delivery.

All rings sold by Sansom Rings are hallmarked and all diamonds contained in them are Conflict Free.

All 18ct White gold is rhodium plated

This is the industry standard worldwide and has been for years. It is done to enhance the whiteness and does wear off after a while to reveal the white gold's colour. Some folks like this and some prefer it plated again.

Privacy Policy

Your name, address and any other details will not be given to any third party and will only be used in the transaction between you and Sansom Rings. Your privacy is very important and will be fully respected.

When paying for an item, your payment will be handled by Worldpay. Only Worldpay will see your card details, Sansom Rings will not see them. Worldpay (originally owned by RBS) is a widely trusted company and very secure, that is why they were chosen to handle payments.

The name on your card statement will be M Sansom as this is the name of the firm.

All rings will be delivered in a standard Royal Mail Special Delivery parcel bag and the sender will be M Sansom. No exterior reference will be made as to the contents. The delivery is insured and will have to be signed for. Each Special delivery parcel has it's own unique code number which can be entered on the Royal Mail Track and Trace webpage.

To navigate around the website, you can use the following:

  • Use the search facility (right hand side of page) to type in what you are looking for, then press the "search" button.
  • Click one of the tabs near the top of the page for the type of ring you want, to show a list of those type of rings.

To buy a ring please select the finger size (and other options if available) from the drop down list.

Click on "Add To Cart" from that ring's page.

Then click on Check Out in your Shopping Basket and you will be taken through the order process.

Next you will enter your details for delivery etc, and then you are taken to the Worldpay website to pay by card. Credit/Debit card payment is secure. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by cheque and the ring will be sent as soon as (checked every day) payment has been cleared (usually well within 7 days).

You will recieve email confirmation of your order and payment. I will keep you informed of the progress of your order starting from the next working day.

To find out your finger size you have the following options:

  • Contact me by email for me to send you a ring gauge free of charge (don't forget to enter your postal address)
  • Go to a jewellery shop for your finger to be measured
